Hadar, a thirteen-year-old girl with rare courage and bravery, was in the bombshelter with her parents and older brother. The terrorists completely burned down their house and made sure to rekindle the fire repeatedly so that their shelter would be filled with constant smoke. After the terrorists shot at them through the window, Hadar stayed beside her mother and brother as they passed away. Her father was wounded and lost his leg, and Hadar saved him. Despite the terrible horror she experienced in real-time, Hadar was in contact with Magen David Adom emergency services, and also repeatedly alerted the army forces until they managed to find her and her father.
